For the Mainfreight project, Hacer Group sought our expertise to advance the thermal efficiency in line with NCC Section J1 of the JV3 assessment for their current venture. 

This entailed meeting specific R-values. Our collaboration with Kingspan's engineering team led to the selection of the most economical yet effective insulation product, raising the building's performance to the requisite standards. We worked closely with our trusted supplier, Polyplas, conducting an on-site pull test to guarantee the fasteners were perfectly suited for the job. 

In addition to enhancing the thermal performance, Threefold was entrusted with constructing two substantial cool rooms. These state-of-the-art cool rooms are designed to provide optimal temperature control, ensuring the integrity and longevity of stored goods. Working in tandem with Hacer, we ensured the project proceeded smoothly and was delivered on schedule, without any delays.
